BLACKROY – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products from BLACKROY, customers agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment must be received before order processing and dispatch.
  • BLACKROY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, product condition, and any issues.
  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted along with the unboxing video.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Approved exchanges or returns will be processed according to BLACKROY's review procedures.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact BLACKROY within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required unboxing video and supporting images.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is on BLACKROY's part.

8. Intellectual Property

All BLACKROY logos, designs, images, content, and trademarks are the exclusive property of BLACKROY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BLACKROY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

BLACKROY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon publication.
